This guy is really packing some heat.

Agreed, although it appears to be in his tummy. Poor lad, born with a rare condition where his ribs  connect across the sternum, he also appears to have swallowed a bar bell or maybe a dog chew, that is visible through the skin of his abdomen. In light of that, some UN aid workers or someone from Medicine Sans Frontiers does indeed seem merited :)

Rest of the minis seem quite good, except for Billy Bob Bunter. The drip feed is working on me.

Really looking forward to seeing more. PMCs, Operator's and Spc-ops.
I am thinking these militia will do double duty on some Caribbean islanders militia.
"Peace" is that brief, glorious moment in history when everybody stands around reloading.

Hmmm not really. Over equipped to start with. Sartorially, they don't really look like the average citizen from the morros and essentially, firearms apart, that's what your average traficante/bandido looks like...everyone else from one of those communities. Don't look especially like anyone from one of the poorer barrios in Colombia I've seen either.

Barca/Real Madrid or a tank top (wife beater) shirt, bermudas and havaianas, bling variable and optional for the classic Brazilian gangsta look.

I think the delta force models are probably the strongest of the range.

And i think you are right. Unfortunately the SAS have less versatile dynamic. But who knows what will come next out of the big black tophat that say "Spectre miniatures".  8)

WE DID IT! We'd like to say a huge and excited thank you to all of you who have backed us so far, this has been an incredible two days and we're overwhelmed by the huge amount of support that has been expressed! Spectre the dream is now a reality thanks to you, and we hope more of you will be joining the fight to make this range hit the ground sprinting.

Now that the funding goal has been reached, the unlocks are the next target. We hope that now that the range is a certainty, more of you will join us, and those of you who have already pledged will continue to support us. There's much more to come.

From everyone who has worked on the Spectre range, we'd like to thank you once again. We are simply overjoyed!
