Yes Rumacara, it's the Zvezda Cogge, a lovely kit, with scratch built pieces and railings from 4Ground.

The smaller boat is the front end of two pirate rowing boats, cut off and joined together.

I will try to find that boat.
I had it several times at hand because i worked on a modelling shop for 8 years and each time i asked myself:
"Do i buy or not?"
How stupid i was.
Its a lovely model and it fits on my roman scenarios/games.

Yes, I see it anchored against a dock.  It was a lot of work to convert, but it is good to see it finished.
