Touchy subject... a future British History curriculum is likely to contain nothing but 'English' victories.  ;)

Not a problem - if the curriculum picks up the victories, we'll game the defeats.
Seems only fair.

Although previous club games have included Arnhem (several years ago, but a table 32 feet long) & Dieppe, M&T skirmishes, 1688 Williamite invasion, so we don't just game the big wins.
Gary, Glynis, and Alasdair (there are three of us, but we are too mean to have more than one login)

Foot Knights 1450 to 1500

So that will be the Wars of the Roses ones then? Sorry guys.  ;)

Ass!! Didn't read that bit.... just saw what I wanted to see  o_o :'(

Still, can't complain, those 1450-1500 dismounted men-at-arms will be very well received by me!  8) 8) 8)

Uh-huh. :) I was wondering about mixing them with Fireforge foot sergeants for north and nightswatch. Or just using them straight. And mixing with Mantic ghouls and zombies. ;) I guess I'll have to twiddle my thumbs 'til they're released to make a decision.

I think I've seen some people already doing that, I can't recall which threads at the moment, but IIRC it looked okay.  My thought though is if Perry are coming out with their own, why wait? Or why not mix all three? It is a wondrous age of variety we live in, the Age of Plastic.  8)

'Cos it's going to be a bit tough to use Perry minis before they're released. :D

Also, every time I ponder the FF sergeants (like that last post), I go look at them for a while and think 'mmmnope'. They're not really bad, especially if you're mad for gaming whichever crusade they're for, but they're not quite to my personal tastes for cod-medieval fantasy.
