Can anyone please tell me who makes these minis?



Found them on the Black Pyramid website but I know I have seen them elsewhere too.

Which are, in theory available from Black Pyramid Gaming, but that pack, like many others, are not currently available.

They don't appear to be restocking either. Been waiting for the stoker kit to return to stock for months, 
Emailed them and was told they'd be back in stock, but they couldn't say when.

Thanks, are they available anywhere other than Black Pyramid? As you say they have been out of stick for some time but I can't find anything all that useful after a google.
