Steve Barber minis
« on: July 08, 2008, 11:25:35 AM »
I bought 45 of their Prohibition figures on EBay recently for use with .45 Adventures.  They look small next to my Pulp and Artizan Minis, but okay with the Lledo cars and CoC motorbikes.  Will the Rattrap Jade Hood figures fit with these, as their WWII figures seem smaller too?  Is there another company, if not, that do similar sized figures.  I may need to put a washer on the bases otherwise, to raise them up and not look like hobbits.  They are nice and I am thinking of keeping 1920s Chicago separate from the other Pulp.  I may use the rest for an English and WWII pulp anbd not set in the USA at all.........

Sorry rambled on there............  I have too much to do and so little time or money. Where's that lottery ticket?

Yes, I saw their range, small but good and I liked the Down and outs, any one have a comparison?  Certainly Dixons Japanese and cowboys are smaller than Artizan, but not too much.

I would say the Dixons are a little larger than the old Citadel but not much and they are very nice so go for it. Quite similar to the Grenadier ones I added for you.

Yes, they fit in very nicely, thanks.  May well spend some money with Trevor, then, and at £1.25 a figure, not badly priced.
