I use the same shades for Asian, Mediterranean, Middle Eastern and South American skin tones, namely a sort of cafe au lait tone. Whereas my European flesh shade has a peachy tone, this one has less pink in it, based more around yellows and browns.
For Chinese I would probably use the upper range of this palette, for a lighter shade than, say, Mongolians (who I paint with darker skin because of exposure to the elements as much as DNA).
