Friends don't let friends paint Naps. The 69th

My latest unit to recieve a complete butt kicking in the LPL along with my Maoris and halflings.

(I have also received a rear end beating with some of my best paintjobs! I share your pain  lol)

The LPL is a tough bastard this year, though....



I like Your PJ very much and I don't understand the title of the thread?

I think that he is referring to the difficulty in repeating the same, very intricate at times, paint scheme over a whole unit of figures.
A real friend shall tell you not to do it as painting Nappies is terrifying, to me at least.
 ;)

yes, for me it is
but the way he layers all these shades on top of the others, a few buttons and laces more shouldn't be a bother  :)

I liked them as well.  Very impressive as a unit.

They got my vote in LPL8 - even if they were Brit Napoleonics.  IMHO the French have got far nicer uniforms.
