(COMMERCIAL) Buy for Less Online - a warning

When is a bargain not a bargain? When its from Buy for Less Online.

A warning - DO NOT buy from them (or do so expecting problems) - Linda (my Partner) got me a bunch of stuff off them, the Waffen-SS boxed set, the Red Devils Boxed Set, and the Screaming Eagles US Airborne Box Set.

EVERY SINGLE SET were not sealed in any way, they had bits missing (Heads, or Complete Miniatures), and either no transfers - or had the Transfers from a different set - the US Airborne had American Infantry transfers in (for example).

Upon Linda getting in touch with them to complain - not actual problem resolution or replacement option was given (even though both their Webstore and their Ebay store stated all three were in stock at the time) - just "send them back for a refund" - which, to me at least, ISN'T problem solving.

So not only do I not have the goods Linda wanted to get me, but it's cost her money as she had to send them back - and they were kinda rude on the phone too (aren't Speaker Phones great LoL).

If the goods are at fault as it sounds and you bought over the web they are responsible for the return postage.

Perhaps pointing out their obligation to pay the return postage might get you a refund? As might the rate at which they're accumulating bad publicity.

File an eBay or Paypal (if you paid that way) dispute for a shipping money resolution.

I saw them, and figured they looked maybe too good to be true.

Sympathies that this did indeed turn out to be the case. Hope you get your postage back.
