A nice pic for friday
« on: October 16, 2015, 11:27:38 AM »
Gents

Haven't posted anything for ages so thought I'd put something up.
This is a shot that I took during a recent game of my Western Rules Tin Star which have sadly been neglected during the last few years due to work commitments however I'm back working on it now and it is progressing nicely.
Anyway just a nice atmospheric photo for fun
I came, I saw, I went home again..

Isn't it great how natural light makes our figures and scenery look?
Well done.  :)

I'm of three minds here - nice photo of nice work, nice little quote, but I really like the avatar.  Does that age me and identify a band I like, maybe?  Yeah, so!   >:D

Another example of how well laser-cut Old West buildings can look.  :-*

I am so happy, I decided to go that route with my High Moon project!

Thanks for the nice comments.
For me the MDF buildings really hit the spot with the western stuff. I'm not so keen on them for other periods.

As for the monkeys - in my younger and slimmer self I bore more than a passing resemblance to Mr Nesmith.
I was also born on the day I'm a Believer was No 1 in the UK. Spooky huh?

Doesn't get any better than when people think your terrain is real life  :)
