I'd have to say a lot if it down to my hamfistedness but they are pretty fragile and some have broken with very little effort from me. I was going to get some of those other buildings (wargames mods??) for the extended sections they are pretty cheap. As for gangways, the stuff that is on the board in pictures is only a small amount of the sarissa bits I 've got, if you check out this post http://theleadpile.blogspot.co.uk/2014/05/something-to-fight-over.html#more you'll see more of the stuff that can be used for crossing various areas. When I get home today I'll so a bit of measuring and workout how to do stuff. I may even have a go on google sketchup this afternoon.

Oops! Double post! Anyways, this is what I'm thinking for the extensions.
Here is the board as is.

And here it is with the corner sections added on

It'd make the gaming area significantly larger and divide the board into 6 sections far more neatly than the usual six squared rectangle. As I was saying earlier I do have lots of stuff to populate the boards

Looks very nice, in a kind of rusty, fooked up, don't park your car in this neighbourhood kinda way. :)

Interesting idea with the extensions.

Great looking project, I think the added corners are a good idea.

Thank you, it was your anarchy off line project that gave me the oomph (and ideas!) to get the stuff done over the weekend.

Double post :? Sorry
Anyway got some time to paint up one of the signs I got from Ramshackle games

And built the corner sections for the board extension

Now I need to paint it and add a load more buildings.

Managed some more buildings and the corner sections are done, still a bit of detailing to be done (doors and signage, windows needs painting, that kind of thing) but I'm 90% done.

Brilliant!
The 'corner' idea has worked out really well.
