Making some fences from scratch
« on: May 21, 2014, 10:13:30 AM »
Just had a go at some fences For my fantasy stuff, i already have some done in another style, but this time i'm aiming more at an 'orky' style, so very random and pointy.

All in all took me about half an hour to cut up and make this one, guess i'll have to get faster :D

Might as well show some pics of the other style as well while i'm at it  ;)

This fence was built with a small abandoned village graveyard in mind. The statues  guard the entrance, The little building is used as a standin for a mausoleum untill i make one up.

While unpacking the fences i also stumbled upon one of my older projects, my ork dining table  lol

I should get it painted eventually  ::)

The table could also be for divining. But nice fences.

Cool! Will it be going on a base similar to the graveyard sections or are you just basing the pennies? I like how close the figures can get to it right now.

Also a great feast table. We have a horse casualty we've been planning to do like that for our hall. Seeing your work has put that closer to the top of the to-do list. Dijit has a neat idea for that too!

Thanks for sharing the different styles.

Actually it's a tryout. If it turns out ok, i mightchange the graveyard fences to eurocents for painting. I want to see the stability first though!

The cow was a bit in the gw giant kit, and i just thought it was too neat not to do anything with! You know, wargamers never throw anything away  lol

The fence, to wait for the eurocent's stability might take years!  o_o
