Chaps

thought you might like to see one of my New Greens
for the Mamelukes of the Guard 1815..well actually i will
cover the unit in depth........acording the the records
at the Museum Vincennes actual uniform receipts show
the crescents/turbans etc were issued and at its lowest
strenght a company marched with the Chasseurs a chevel of tHe Guard
dressed in the New mainly blue uniform....i have also been
informed from Academic mates in france the still used their
old 1813 uniform.................a complex and fascinating subject

Hi Ged.  one of the best sculpts so far - although they're all great!  The mind boggles with all these new releases - brilliant. And it's only 31 weeks til Christmas!!!  DaveL
