Lovejoy over on Frother's posted this up:

Quote from: Lovejoy
Here's a large(ish) armoured alien sculpt, pretty much finished, just a bit of tidying up to do. Not the best pics, but photographing minis is something I just can't get right.

He's inspired by the Elites from the Halo game series - not an exact copy, but close enough to keep my kids happy, and probably Vyper too

Pic of an HF figure for size comparison.

Cheers,
Michael

Goes without saying I'm all over this like a rash!!!

May post this up as a separate thread or may do a 'not' covenant thread more than likely that people can add to.

Very nice work, your foot soldiers have captured the imagery of Halo very, very well. Kudo's to you sir! I like the infantry a lot! Keep up the superb work.

Well I only have Si and Lise to thank over at Pigiron for the very very useful heavy trooper separate head sprues and the new System Trooper minis.

Si's currently working on the next batch as we speak so here's to some more spartanesque goodness very soon.

Thanks for stopping by, you stay classy San Diego.  :D

I knew it would happen eventually. Now if only there was someone doing some definitely-not-poleepkwa.

Please do keep us posted!

Probably nearest thing today would be AT-43 COGs - especially the armoured ones.

/edit/ Even the COG Walker types - the Prowler and the Vandal may work.

I'm quite aware, but better off just scratchbuilding. Cheaper, no gubbins' to scrape off, plus no nasty prepaint.

Can't wait to see some more of your Spartans, I was worried this project may have died but I'm glad to see otherwise!

Just received some master armatures from Si and Lise. New system troopers due out soon.

I'll be having a little play with these soon, also some not covenant spurgs came through yesterday. Pics taken so will post up later.
