Just a short update; the 'build' phase of this game is now down. I was trying to make a decision - any decision! - over how to make the Underworld portion of the game table, and I finally just cut a pile of blocks out of some more scrap softwood. The game itself happens in a week, so I'll post a photo of the thing then - I'm doing hidden movement in the Underworld, and the players start the game without knowing what's down there. Since they are all very smart and clever, I would not be surprised to find them downloading any photos I post and using them as 'recon photos'.

Although...

One of the non-human races on Tekumel is a race of flyers that are often used as mercenaries by the human empires. I've been asked about doing 'virtual' games via Skype and Google+, and I wonder if the players asked "What do my flying scouts see?" I could take pictures of the game table and e-mail them to the player as an answer...
