Well done that man!

I wonder if the Mrs would let me buy a bag of cedar bark mulch to use for revamping my hills? lol

Had a rethink on the colour.
The other was a bit too ‘frosty’ in real life.
Grass tufts added Jim. Dunno if it needs static grass.....?
I will need to tone down my figure bases…..yikes.

Here’s the next one in progress. Old tower I made years ago (that has been fought over many, many times). I may well knock out another tower one day.

Very impressed. Making something similar was my next project, but I got dragged in another direction as often happens. Great inspiration.

Can you buy bags of the tree bark or should I start cutting the orchard down  lol

Ta
The bark is very hard to get hold of in the right size (least round these parts)
I was lucky; a garden supplier had a load of samples of Spanish Bark (no longer imported) and he gave them to me
The stuff I found in the garden center was no good; too small
Some of the bits on this terrain are 3 1/2 inches long and up to 2/3rd inch thick
There is stuff called Reptile bark (for the beasties to scamper over/under) but I can't find a retail supplier
I'm on the look out so will post if I strike...bark.......

If anyone else look and gets success can they post? I'm going through it like a Pathan through a high pass....

I'd be very interested in sourcing this type of bark too  :).

Darrell.
