I wouldn't call them new yet as the set is at least six to eight months away. The next Perry plastics in line are the dismounted Men-at -arms due at some point over the course of the summer and the last set of 2014 is still anyone's guess at this point : logic would suggest the late medieval light cavalry since the greens were previewed well over a year ago, but nothing's been confirmed so far.

My crystal ball's not terribly reliable but I doubt the HYW plastics will see the light of day this year - my prediction would be anytime between January and April 2015.

I think they have stated that this set is next in line after the WotR M@A, and not the light cavalry.

Looks great.

These could very well be a new project to collect... :)

I am really looking forward to building my very own Band of Brothers  8)
They really look superb.
I'm not expecting them any time soon though. Maybe a Salute '15 release?
Anything earlier would be most welcome, of course  :D

Surely there will be a plastic French Army box??
After all those stalwart archers need lots of targets  ;)

Cheers

Looks like they could be pressed into service alongside my old bretonnians for some tabletop action.  :)
Ask at the LAF, and answer shall thy be given!

please someone explain to me what the hype is about these? I have their HYW range they made for Foundry, Bretonnians they made for GW, and I don't see a big difference, apart from the proportions being more naturalistic with these but they will probably loose detail as plastic casts, because what everyone is drooling about are the large 3ups and not what will be released. And I remember very well the big difference between plastic bretonnians and their metal counterparts (Yes, one piece is still different versus multipart, but still...)

Plus
the dynamic in the Foundry range I can still drool over, seriously, and I still have to see dynamic plastics - and mind you, I am a big fan of plastics....
