Nope, i used Printerstudio.ca! But if i'm going to produce them for "the public" (maybe a KS?) i will definitely have to find some cheaper solutions! They didn't cost me much anyway, though.

They look really slick. I've looked at a few Hong Kong based sites that do customisable card decks so it's all based around 54 cards. The prices looked good, especially for bigger orders.

I printed 144 cards for less than 20 euros shipping included. I'm rather happy for now!
For mass production that's maybe not a solution (they have some serious discounts, but maybe it's not enough)... we will see ^^

I have likely butcher all of this.

"Ikken Hissatsu" its term often used in Karate roughly translated to kill with one strike

"Koryu" which covers lots of Japanese Martail arts that date back to before the  Meiji restoration http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kory%C5%AB

"Kenjutsu" Umbrella term for japanese sword martial arts

"Budo" Meaning martial arts or way or war.

"Ippon" meaning a full point

"Zanshin" http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zanshin

Wow Jack, the muse has been good to you this year! That is some very nice work.

Zanshin / zanshen is a good name for a martial skirmish game; I remember the term from our Bushido sessions back in the '80's.

I know you don't want to get tied to a Japanese name or theme... but when I first saw the cards I thought "Zanshin"!

WOPS! Ok, "duel masters" was just an example, that didn't sound that good anyways!
So... i just need a "general name" for the game:

Dancing swords ?
Duel! ?
When the sun rises ?
Duelers ?

in any case, after that would be Zanshin, for now i'm pretty sure! ^_^
