Ah I see! I did think about painting them Gold... but decided I wanted a more sombre, dark, menacing look - not 'pretty'... so left them the brown wood colour of the hull...

I measured her last night... she's 13" long in the hull, 4" wide and 3" tall at highest point of Stern.
The masts are roughly 16" and 14" from sea level to their tops and the bowsprit is about 7" long (though cut longer to glue back in to hull)

The figures are Foundry, mounted on NZ 10c pieces.
