Across the Dead Earth AAR!

[Legionnaire]

Scenario: The Bunyan Road Skins and The Kimbolton Road Budgens Duffers have decided to go scavenging at the old Retail Park, both gangs at the same time. Hoping to score some mighty trade goods!

The Bunyan Road Skins are one Ganger down (Sophie) who needs to recuperate this scenario and have two suffering from injuries (-1 H-T-H and -1 Toughness).

Special Rules: The first time a Loot Counter is overturned, roll a D6, on a 5+ there are complications. Roll a D6 again.

1-3: Rats!!! A family of carnivorous rats have made their nest here. They will attack with +1 but only for this turn. However, if they win they will try to eat a piece of you next turn (Out of Action)! Toughness 7, Skill 4.

4-5: Dog! A mean wild dog has made it's territory here and you are trespassing! It will attack with +2 (+0 defence) and have Toughness 8. If it Knock Out anyone it will be content that they don't pose any threat any longer. If anyone fires a firearm within 6" it'll also run away.

6: Trap! An unscrupulous person has set up this as a trap and aim to kill anyone that comes near it and nick THEIR stuff!!! Toughness 7, Skill 4 and armed with Pistol and Knife. Set the ambusher up a maximum distance of 6" away from the counter and in cover, he will be able to fire either two shots or one aimed shot first.






















Aftermath: The Bunyan Road Skins won the game, 102 Points to The BD's 82. With a whoop and a holler they swiftly spent it on hiring some quality combat instructors to train their rabble troops and bought Shotguns for everyone and lots of ammunition! Sophie is fit for duty again.

The BD's hired some combat instructors as well and with a bit of luck, either Sven, Igor or Lorenzo might be the one stepping forward next time to assume leadership of this sorry group and hone them into a true force to be reckoned with!!! Olga suffered greatly at the rats (-1 Move) and Sven is having an arm injury (-1 H-T-H). With less buying power, the BD's went for quality instead and bought an Assault Rifle, a Combat Shotgun and a Pistol.
