Circus Imperium
« on: July 07, 2014, 05:25:13 PM »
Just thought I would post a picture of my newest project.  Our group loves Circus Imperium, but copies are hard to get these days, so I started making one from scratch.

The grav chariots are old eldar epic tank bodies, the "beasts" are from the zombiecide zombie dogs box.  The board, I took a picture of someones old copy at Kublacon this year, and did it by hand.
the riders are 15mm ww2 , with magnets, to keep them on,
Friends are printing up the cards and roster sheets.

If you ever get a chance to play this game, give it a try, its tongue in cheek, but lots of fun!

Loved this game in the day. We played it a lot. It had gladiator charioteers and some were robots!  :o  :o  :o

Loving what you are doing here - very cool.

I still have my copy somewhere, but it would be ragged being all out of very light cardboard.

Schogun beat me to it!  ::)

I do recall I was going to chop the snouts off a bunch of Battle Masters wargs I had and form gaping maws more apropos of the chariot drafts. I like the Eldar Epic tank bodies, though cringe a bit at what they might have gone for on the market.  ;)

Wicked ! too bad they don't make 'em in 15mm. Would be better to use on the board.
