Bolt Action - Bocage and Eastern Front Games
« on: July 07, 2014, 07:37:53 PM »
Just posted up two Bolt Action AARs in a single blog post: http://jayswargamingmadness.blogspot.com/2014/07/bolt-action-day-two-aars-in-one-post.html

The first AAR is for a bocage scenario we are working on (including our special rules for bocage).  The second was a meeting engagement eastern front scenario.

Enjoy!

This is what we used for bocage rules – Hard Cover, Obstacle, Blocks LOS. Hope it helps.

1. Thanks for the bocage rules, they're interesting
2. Where did you get your bocage from?
3. Where did the lone house come from?
4. Looks like they have been great games both!

Hello!  Bocage is from Mandertory Miniatures (http://www.mandertory-miniatures.co.uk/category/28mm-terrain-20thcentury.aspx).  Lone house is from Crescent Root Studios (http://crescent-root.com/).  I have several buildings from the 28mm series 3 set (http://crescent-root.com/pages/Product/28mm/28mm_series3/28mm_series3.html) - the one in the pictured game is the restaurant.

Regards,

Jay

Thanks Jay! I'm always on the lookout for more suppliers of buildings.

Had a feeling the bocage was mandertory. I'm still contemplating whether or not I should continue making my own bocage, or start buying it...
