The Forbidden Temple -- a different approach
« on: July 14, 2014, 11:52:42 PM »
Hi everyone,

I just updated my Lead Legionaries blog with the latest Southeast Asian temple I've built. I tried something different this time around. You judge if it was a success or not. More pics and description of the build here:

Dakota Smith's next destination: The Forbidden Temple!

Thanks for looking, and all comments and suggestions greatly appreciated...!

I think you have a success here.

Quoted from your blog page. "Close up of the Khmer frieze (printed paper) from downloaded and Photoshopped from CG Textures"

Pretty darn spiffy, if I may say so!  I was thinking of using prints of Aztec artwork for the interior walls of a temple.  Looks like that sort of thing works well!   :)

Great idea. That printing is very convincing. A man can never have enough temples!
