Well, I've a daughter that games, though mostly board and RPG, and a granddaughter that has found she likes, of all things, a simplified version of 40k. *shrug*

Still, at the moment, near as I can tell, we're boys here, and Boys Own... invokes the period quite well.

As for Steampunk vs. VSF, I fear the waters have been muddied too much to have a chance. Not that we shouldn't be clear here.
