Not future, precisely...
« on: August 04, 2008, 08:20:43 AM »
Howdy!
I want to do a apocalyptic game where the heroes are a paramilitary group.
Does anyone make modern day military figures that include female soldiers? I expect to have one or more girls in my playing group.

Also, in a similar vein, are there any WW2 soldier girls out there? (this one's for Rocketship Empires: 1936)

Thanks,
SteveN

Coppelstone future war figures, EM4 has the older sets,Babylon burning? I think thas the name  Those would be a good start for what you want.  I also like some of the new Shadowforge female I have a number of those and they are very nice.

For WWII, Artizan have some female Resistance members and pulpy Germans:

Also Pulp Figures have some German Girls in their Weird Menace range:

For Modern types, the best I can think of are the Hasslefree Adventurers, but they may not be military enough:

The Future Wars/Future Skirmish from Copplestone and EM4:

And Street Violence from Foundry:

I support my own, naturally. I've got Brian sculpting four more right now. Future plans include pilots, K-9 Teams, and maybe even more agents.

Jibbery style oinkery which don't make no damn sense.

I'm working on both. Holding them up to copplestones future cops and east riding corporate enforcers figures look pretty good. And Hasslefree compares pretty well too.

Right now though my Copplestones and East Riding figures are in black basecoat and my Hasslefree figures have disappeared. So comparison photos are a little hard at the moment. :)
