Great looking game.
Goes to show that you don't need lots of figures to have a fun game.
Good idea with your board.

SDS... I think I have it, somewhere. I should get somethng going - especially as I'm slowly preparing my ancient Flintloque set for some action - I could use the same buildings and scenery, carts and stuff for both...

Who makes the sailors if I may ask?

They look similar to my Redoubt sailors but I also have the Brigade Games sailors, which are outstanding.

The sailors are all by brigade games- they are Paul Hicks sculpts and are lovely. The ones with Swords and Muskets (without bayonets) are Empress Miniatures form their New Zealand Wars range (also Paul Hicks work and so 100% compatible)

That shack with the orange trees is fantastic.   Love the details.  The corner where the stucco broke away, Oranges in the tree, broken wall, and the cart tracks in the road.    Amazing stuff.

Great terrain and a clever idea with the pasting table! They have gone up a bit since I last bought one. Mine cost about 8 quid.....

What list or converted list did you use for the sailors?
I have the rules but i have no list for the sailors/royal marines?

On your blog you have the profiles for the sailors but where did you get them?
Transforming from the english profiles list?

I would like to try the rules and i would like to use for the War of 1812 and Napoleonic peninsula.

Excellent stuff, I really like the way you made the board.  :)

I just made them up from what seemed sensible and by what the figures I had painted were equipped with. I used the App available from Genisha Games to calculate the points values. If you don't have a Ipad or similar you can use this website... http://www.ganeshagames.net/extra_info_pages.php?pages_id=17
