Not Yet Dead Miniatures- 28/30 mm miniatures nowonline
« on: July 21, 2014, 03:07:52 PM »
Hi all,

I have started this new thread for NYD Miniatures and this will deal with only up and coming news or new renders/models for my survivors/zombies.
All of my own private conversions or paint jobs will still be posted in my other thread.

First news is that all of the old (6) renders are being revamped for 28/30mm size. These are being done by Irek of Produs/Warzone fame and these should be availble on the website about september.

Here are the first 2 (new) renders that are at the printers at the mo. These 2 are being printed in both scales/sizes. As soon as the prints are with me, I´ll post them. The smaller size will then be casted in white metal.

Bob was sculpted by Irek, and Doreen was made by Max Maximus.

Cheers
Toni

Still look to be a head size taller than the other figs in the comparison shots. And yes i know there are varying degrees of fig and not all should be exactly the same height. But form the row of NYD fig pics they would all be taller. Maybe once all the NYD figs are printed and we can see em all out there in a comparison shots with themselves as well as the other mainstream figs in this scale.
Don't get me wrong. They do look good and that is for sure. Just still look a bit too tall. Not big all around. Not swollen. Look well proportioned and all that.

Ahh I get you.  ;)

The metal ones that aren't on show here were a bit slighter than these which Is why I said these have sized up better.

Don´t forget that the figs used as a comparision are some of the smallest that Kev makes. Some of his others, tower over these!!

These are really nice.  I like best the school girl with the shotgun hanging around her neck...plenty of attitude in her stance!   :D
