Thanks guys!

What colour did you use for highlighting the weathering?

There are no highlights, it's all done with different weathering pigments and streaks.

Ok, poor choice of words, but for me it's all the same, that's why: How did you do the paint chipping?  lol
But I think I figured it out. Though I need some more work on it, finetuning it as it is.

That's some amazing armour you got there. I especially like the lend lease bren carrier. Would be just the right thing for my soviets.

It's quite easy actually, but you need a steady hand and a fine brush  ;)
First apply the light colour, I think I used Iraqi Sand for the dunkelgelb ones at least, where you might get some damage, like on edges and around hatches and so on. Then use a darker colour, I used german camo black brown (I think) and fill in the lighter colour, leaving a thin edge of the lighter colour showing. Don't use plain black as the darker colour.

Unfortunately they wont be there as I wont be able to attend  :'(

You know you want one!  ;) They can be used as all sorts of stuff, artillery observer, ammo carrier, scout vehicle, troop carrier...

That is fantastic work.  The great thing with large stuff is that you can do a really nice job on them almost like 1:32nd military modeller standard.  These are brilliant.

Right! I used my highlight colour as the brighter one, but I did use black to colour it in. Annnnndddd greasy metal to fill in that (which looks a bit cartoony). Trying to figure out how to fix it :)

But thanks Tomek! Glad to see I was on the right track :)
