Very cool :) ... They look even better because the heads are slightly larger than the originals so they have a more stunted look about them.

The paint is spot on too  8)

The mere concept of Chaos Ratlings deserves respect. I need to see them in action! :D

Always love to generate retinues :P
I am building one for my noise Marine now (Got Ogryns, Beastmen, Humans and Coven).

Have you found rules for Covens though ?
I cant find them and I always roll them :)

Thanks all!

@AWu we've been assuming that the Coven result refers to chaos cultists on p226 of Warhammer 3rd edition. Essentially they're just standard humans anyway :) I'd love to see your Noise Marine's retinue!

@Dr Mathias - all things are possible under the influence of chaos!

I am aiming with finishing them for LPL  ;)

I was thinking similarly with cultist (there are entries for cultist in each Realms of Chaos army lists) but the rules specify points to the other book and mention that those are unarmed and without armor.. I wonder what author had in mind (Especially that they are absent from fantasy Retinues)

@AWu - Slaves to Darkness is a fantastic, inspiring and chaotic mess! I figure the best way to approach it is to do what feels right. If you reckon cultists should come to the party clad in robes and waving clubs, that works. Equally, I guess if you want them with flak armour and autoguns, no-one would really mind!

My second follower for my Renegade is an Inquisitor. I scratched my head on what to use for this for a little while, before alighting on a classic Citadel Blue Trooper from their Paranoia range. I added the weapons, a new head, collar and backpack. I think he does the job!

Very cool
It works
Rolled Inquisitor but decided it was anticlimactic (and that I will wait with building me Miriel Sabathiel to plastic sisters) and re rolled mine :P

Thanks! I like having some villains and morally suspect individuals in my collection, so it was a good opportunity to make a new one!

They are much more interesting.

Although that can be said about most of the models in this thread   lol

I've been busily working on some new additions to the ranks of my Adeptus Arbites, ahead of a new Necromunda campaign. To this end, I've made a new captain, sniper specialist and some troopers:

I'm particularly pleased with the captain - a conversion of the old Adeptus Arbites champion with some space marine captain parts:

As ever, loads more detail and pics over at my blog!

Loving all your Arbites work, but that captain conversion is just inspired!

In other words; awesome!! 8)

That captain is one of my all time favorite miniatures, and your conversion is flawless!

How did you do the trenchcoat? Did you use (part of) the captain's caped backpack for it?

I will be filing this for future reference! ;)

+++EDIT+++  Doh; I only now see you spliced captain parts onto the Arbites, and not the other way 'round. Still an absolutely cracking result though!

@Daeothar glad you like him! Funnily enough, my original plan was to covert the marine captain. I intended to replace his power armour leg, add the maul in his right hand, sculpt the coat and give him a fur mantle over his shoulder pads. I actually tried out sculpting the fur to see if it worked, which it didn't! So I used the parts I liked most (head and bionic leg) on the Arbites champion instead :)

Excellent work on those Judges :) . The use of the veteran, Space Marine, Captain for the lead judge, was inspired :) .
