Thanks folks! Glad you're enjoying all the recent pics :)

@Mason - yep, 30mm bases. I've got a stack of 30mm bases I got from Impact Miniatures originally - they're a little less chunky than GW's 32mm bases for example, but have just enough extra room to accommodate a wider stance or great big robot feet ;)

Well, I must say, that you are a bad influence, sir.
I can safely blame the two Wardens that I just bought on ebay on you!
 >:D >:D ;)

I've been steadily adding to my black and orange clad imperial force over the last few months with a bit of an end goal in mind - to re-create the contents of the GW Kill Team: Rogue Trader boxed set, as if it was produced when the actual Rogue Trader game was in production. I've added the final two figures to this project - an assassin and a heavy weapons trooper:

Kill Team: Rogue Trader 1987

Kill Team: Rogue Trader 2018

Of course, there's a few cheaty elements - the odd current plastic component for example. But it does the job I think!

A great idea very well executed, good work.  I'm intrigued what you'll come up with for Blackstone Fortress...

Both cool and extremely well executed, but I must say I prefer the 87 Kill Team, but then again I am old lol

Again fantastic job

Looks great, nice stand ins for the moderns!
a mixture of quick parts, sarcastic humour, reserve, and caprice.
