Two new figures joining the same crew as my void troopers from last time.

They're a pair of 40k servitors from the limited edition Adeptus Mechanicus set that was available through the Skullz reward programme. As I don't have a full set, this seemed like a good use of the figures. More words and pics over at my blog.

Funny; I have an incomplete set of Skulls AdMech too. And luckily these two servitors were among them as well.

I love these sculpts, and you've absolutely done them justice. The fact that they're not straight AdMech anymore but part of a private organisation now, takes them in a whole new direction and the scheme certainly suits them!

Great work 8)

Thanks all! Glad you like the non-standard paint scheme on those servitors.

My final member of the Stargrave crew is a pathfinder. I chanced on a lonesome Ash Wastes Nomad from the early 2000s Necromunda range in my bits box. With a new rifle and sculpted arm, he fit the bill:

And that's a wrap on the crew!

Nice work on sculpting the arm, looks very natural. Tis a great looking crew, I like how your colour choices really tie them together.

Thanks all! I was rather pleased with how the arm turned out :)

I'm guilty of using variations of this colour scheme on some other groups, particularly with varying levels of a muted orange. I'm very fond of the combination though!

That's a very effective conversion, and a great looking crew. The paint scheme really ties together some very different figures.

What a beautiful pathfinder mini! I'm a huge fan of the early 2000s ash waste guys - it's a shame they're like gold dust. Your conversion looks really natural, like it was the intended pose. Some quality sculpting too!

This continues to be probably my favourite blog on the site. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks blacksoilbill! I enjoy coherent schemes on a group of figures - it goes a long way to tying disparate figures together.

@Scarper - really pleased to hear you enjoy the stuff I'm making! I wish I had more of the ash waste nomads FWIW - they're much nicer sculpts than I thought they were at the time.

Something a little different today. This latest figure is a new addition to my wasteland outcasts / mutant gang:

I converted him from an excellent sculpt by Galapalus Silvestris (@thestilltower on Instagram) as part of their challenge to #dressawilly (convert a copy of the sculpt below):

I added the coat, hat and swapped out the weapons. A lot of fun, and a really great figure to work with. Here's the finished model with some friends:
