28mm tools ?
« on: August 18, 2014, 01:52:39 PM »
i'm looking for 28mm tools for my french vehicles
axes, showels, pikaxes, and mechanic tools,  this kind of stuff ...
any idea ?  ???
Dans les situations critiques, quand on parle avec un calibre bien en pogne, personne ne conteste plus. Y'a des statistiques là-dessus.

Look around for S Gauge railroad detail parts. S is 1:64 scale, so a bit smaller than 28mm but they work well enough. You may also be able to get away with using O Gauge detail parts for larger tools (mallets, axes, etc.)

If you were in the US, I'd suggest Wiseman Models. I use a lot of their stuff for 28mm.

Try Tamiya, their 1/48th range, I'm sure they do a tank mechanics set. It should have pick axes/jerry cans/tools etc.
