I think of this as "Foundry style".

Great work on these, I've painted this set myself (actually the Fellowship themselves) and they're a lot of fun.  You definitely have to bump up the colour contrast to get a good finished product though.

Two or three colours depending on how it looks but yes, the contrast has been upped somewhat 

I'm not pressurising anyone to paint them  (unlike Mark and Nick that pressured me into it  )
