Train on Amazon
« on: August 16, 2014, 04:45:44 PM »
Wondering if anyone has bought this? I did ask the seller for size of Engine etc, but no reply after it for 28mm. Hope the link works. http://www.amazon.co.uk/Classic-Battery-Operated-Train-420cm/dp/B005O75AEU/ref=sr_1_5?s=kids&ie=UTF8&qid=1408203668&sr=1-5&keywords=battery+train+set

Many Thanks.

I believe that a number of people have modified that one for use in their old west games. Odds are there is no scale on it and I'm sure the seller will have no idea.

Doesn't look like a Goldlok or Western Express to me. I know those work well with 28mm.

Can't swear on it, and I have to check it when I'm home, but I'm pretty sure this is the set I got. If so, it's very much suitable for normal 28mm :)

I have one of those trains and they fit perfectly with 28mm.  The tracks however are in plastic and contain only two straight sections, the rest are curved.
