It looks like you can shave a good 1mm off of them by removing that from the bottom of their boots. If you're looking for short dwarves that is.

When it comes to what I will do with my ones... I'll be adding bigger heads, swapping out the weapons and removing any steam-punk bits and bobs... for starters... but I haven't even thought about what to fit instead because they haven't ignited any 'distraction' in me. They are very sharp little miniatures though.

They are quite therapeutic to sculpt so while that continues, I will be ticking along with more. Hopefully, once the prone one is finished, I'll sculpt another character sniper

The snipers have all had their basing tabs added:

They have been packed up and will be sent to my caster tomorrow, for casting in July/August (he's a busy chap). Once they are cast up, I will be able to sell some

Work on the Ogre sniper continues, now that the Halflings have been sent off for casting. I have continued to bulk out the torso and add the muscle groups. It is almost a shame that all this will be covered over... but at least I have a good foundation to work on:

Next will be the lower back and then the feet and lower legs. Lots to do
