The first thing I thought was "knuckles and knees" both would be stripped of skin if she braked too hard. But I suppose there would be a logical reason for that not to happen  lol

I just saw that there are other vids around, but this one is an exact copy of the original from the 1890s.

I think the original is from the 30's and not the 1890's. I like how the photos available actually show the inventor (I THINK these are all the same guy?) aging, as well as the design being refined:

Well the museums site says about 1910 (http://sinsheim.technik-museum.de/de/de/einrad) but I'm quite sure they had it labeled as built in the 1890s there.

Great museum... Visited there a few years back. Just about wore out my camera...too much to take in in one day.

How big would you like a mono wheel bike? As it would be a pritty easy kit to make .I'm working on some new vehicle for pulp style gaming,Heres a scratch built one I made. after reading about Robert Eddison Fulton .Just so you get an idea of styling.
