(COMMERCIAL) Brigade Games?
« on: July 29, 2014, 07:24:54 PM »
Hey all!

Was wondering if anyone had any problems with Brigade.  I ordered a bunch of stuff from them and shortly after sent an email asking if it was possible to add some stuff.  No reply so I asked again in their on-website message app thingy.  No reply.  A week or so later I got an invoice from them to pay 15 bucks.  Which I did.  And sent another message to ask what it was for.  No reply and still no confirmation of shipping or replies from my message.

Any other problems?  Successes?

Thanks!

Please check your spam box. I am sure our email is sitting there.

1. Can't email me when I am away at Historicon and expect a quick response.
2. Can't email me when I am away on vacation and expect a quick response.
3. Best way to get in touch is with the webstore contact system.

Emails tend to get caught up with a bunch of other emails and sometimes spam. Yahoo has been a pain in the bum and I am transitioning off of it due to too much going into the vapor.

We always put a note on the front page when we are away and keep it up for a while while we are catching up.

Thanks for the reply!

I have you bookmarked on a different page than your index page so I didn't see your note!  No mail in my spam box though but it sounds like you've been away!  Sent a couple of messages through your webstore contact system referencing  the invoice number on the 7th.  I'm sure you'll get to them after your holiday! :)  Figures I'd order while you were away! :'(

Again, thanks for the reply!

Gary

Hi Gary -

Sent another email. The pp request was for the item you wanted to add to your order and that item is listed on that invoice.

Thanks

Lon

i was going to say that this would be surprising..... whenever i've sent an e-mail asking a question I've got a very quick response.

Historicon will take up ones time like any other wargames show/convention.

Darrell.

Just bought a few figures from Brigade Games and found the process easy and received the order quickly. (I was kind of surprised at the speed given that I ordered during the Historicon period.)
