(COMMERCIAL) Outstanding Customer Service from Iwata

A month back my HP-C Plus failed in an unusual way after many years of use. Despite the warranty having expired, Iwata went out their way to replace my old workhorse.

I was hoping for a replacement part, but got a brand new airbrush instead. Customer service was considerate, courteous and knowledgeable.

Colour me impressed.
