They are quite nice, but I've never heard of Robotix before. Is it just a US thing, or am I just very out of touch? Been looking on ebay and everything seems to be from the US at least.

Good to know.  That certainly makes sense since it was a Milton Bradley product and as I understand, they had a significant UK presence.
