Need help finding Sci-fi walls

  I am going to create Hadleys Hope in 28mm (reactor room, med lab, and ductwork), but I am having trouble finding suitable walls. I'm hoping someone can steer me in the direction of somekind of printable walls that I can cut out and glue onto the 3" high wood frame. There is going to be over 25 feet of inner and outer wall surface to cover so unless I win the lottery sometime soon this may be my only option.
  Does anyone have any sage like advice that will make this doable?

didn't know those SH stuff... that's really neat! So bad they have only one set, modularity will be missing this way! =(
