No idea what the material is but I think the issues come from the sculpting. ;) Not enough depth. Some if not most of my putty sculpts had the same issues but hopefully, one of these days, I will get it right.

Edit: Pic is bad too. :D

IMO your sculpting is excellent!!!  :)

And I absolutely have no real knowledge about 3d-printing  :D
I was just curious because some time ago a local guy showed me a wax print and a (kind of?) resin print of the same object (a jewelry thing) and the resin print was way better quality wise.
But also much more expensive...

Yes I had the big bot printed. I added a picture of the sprue in the blog' post. I might post it once assembled since I think he's a bit too small so it needs to be printed again. The girl is supposed to be okay for printing too. I need to check the small bots.

Cool! Please do assemble and grey-prime the models - it's hard to tell how well your excellent renders translate into physical miniature form, and I'd certainly be interested to see. :)

No primer because I will prime it in black then drybrush it in metal and rust for my games and I don't think black would have helped.  ;)
Well, for what it's worth, here are some pictures on a 40 mm base. Pose was a bit lost because of the putty I used but well, hopefully you'll get an idea of the printing, the almost invisible rivets, etc. :D
Next model, I might just take pics of the sprue tho this was instructive.

These are to my eye very 2000 A.D. in style, and that is a very good thing to this old Judge Dredd fan! So do tell, when will you turn these into actual metal miniatures for us all to enjoy? :D

I'm afraid that's unlikely to ever happen.

Wait, wait, wait...does that mean they won't be released in general or just not as metal-versions?

That means I'm not going to sell them myself for the months or years to come. I've proposed them to a couple of companies but they weren't interested.
