ZNOF cM Grav Tank
« on: September 17, 2014, 09:57:59 PM »
Just finished this scratchbuilt and cast Grav Tank which I'm naming the ZNOF cM.

It's taken ages to get this finished but I think it was worth it. Unfortunately one of the people who asked me to build this is unreachable at the moment...

It comes with 3 cannon, the one in the painted version and these two, there's plenty of room to put a magnet in and have these interchangeable.

Also some extra weapons to arm it up - maxi missile launcher, micro missile launcher, and auto-cannon.

If anyone would like one of their own please PM me, special price for LAFers for the next couple of weeks.

But look at photo 1 with half closed eyes...the red and green lights could be eyes, the attachments either side at the rear of the turret...ears? In that shot does it look a bit like a long nosed teddy bear to anyone else apart from me?

I see the threatening nature of that photo has worked really well...  :D

Gorgeous tank.  Are you going to be selling it or will it be on sale from your customer?

BTW, I love the old school vibe.
This is my boomstick!

Excellent Phil! 8) 8) 8)

Have you thought of doing a 'Tron' style pj for it. It'd be perfect as a grid tank!!

got my tank yesterday, lovely model, many thanks Phil. I think I'm going to go with the same config as in your picture regards the main armament, but I might fit magnets so I can swap them all about. The small rocket pod may well go on top of the turret, but I'll need to make same changes for that - decisions decisions  lol

Glad it got there safely. NB the lumps either side of the turret are weapon mounts so you might save yourself a bit of work.  8)
