Does anyone make a mountain howitzer?

I am after a QF 3.7 inch mountain howitzer in 28mm scale, preferably with pneumatic road wheels. Does anyone make them?

well, I am about to receive my 6,5 mm french mountain guns, but why don't You try to make Your own? this one doesn't look so complicated...

oh, and since we are at it - what is actually the point of the gun shield on a mountain howitzer?
