Neat...but I'll say it: that's a lot of parts.

Got to agree - the blue one's in 15 bits!
I've put together tank kits with less parts....

That's the price you pay to compensate for the lack of undercuts.

And even so, they'll be remarkable worse than the resin ones.

My biggest beef with stuff like this is simple...sprue-joins.  Or whatever you choose to call them.  But look at each of those tiny parts.  They'll probably be held in place by a rather chunky bit of plastic sprue, meaning a large sprue-join you'll be cutting/sanding/minimizing.  I don't mind 3-4 pieces for a figure, but that looks like a nightmare (one I'm about to encounter with the Robotech plastic models as well...sigh).

I could go through with it for the sake of a single Predator but the marines/aliens damn well better not be 15 pieces a pop.  I didn't get in on this KS but I'm a potential future customer, and I'll have to see some good reviews of these to get me over the hump of my initial reaction.   :)

I don't mind the number of parts one bit, it's not like you'll be needing them in multiple squads of 10. Space marine models are in 10 pieces (not counting the extra pouches and grenades and bits you can add) but somehow get assembled into armies with dozens on the board all the time. Same for the Dreamforge stormtroopers. Two of these models are 11 pieces, but 2 of those are optional trophies.  Casting them this way gets the model near the level of detail as metal & resin, but without the problems of metal and resin. Honestly, an extra 10-20 minutes clipping and cleaning is a fine price to pay for me for a nicer model in my preferred material.

Not really a straight out of the box game is it? Also the amount of joins aren't going to look great. Red has 3 parts to his head!
All in all they look great though.

I haven't seen the xenos yet but even if they are very multi part it must be easier than cutting the extra arms off a GW genestealer and making back tubes out of them, which was what I was doing!

These can't be too far off delivery?
