Yup, following up on this. I wound up buying both of the Pegasus Hobbies cacti sets (though through an Amazon retailer as I couldn't find anyone who sold their stuff in the UK). Those are being painted right now as patches for some scatter terrain. That's not exactly what I'm bringing this thread back up about though. Nah, I happened across a site selling painted flora, and well just happened to wonder if anyone knows the source of these particular trees. Given that in the same section they're selling Pegasus cacti I'm assuming that they came from a third party. They're out of stock right now, but I sure wouldn't mind having some, even it it did mean € 14.50 plus to have a few.

Ooh, they look nice.
Now, they state that it are plastic trees, but even if you find those tree trunks, how would you make that needle foliage?

Nice trees, looking at them I would guess the foliage were made using some sort of static grass/ tufts.
