More on the Chain of Command Antwerp Front
« on: October 24, 2014, 07:20:07 PM »
Well, it was a bit tougher than I thought, but we kind of sorted the turrets on the Panzer IVs.  You can read all about it here:

We are in a fury of building vehicles, buildings and roads, so more updates to come!

All of a sudden I am thinking that two weeks of a relaxed approach may have been optimistic...

Another day at the Lard Island coal face, largely on some odds and ends.  Here's a bit of an update featuring both outside toilets and a preview of something new and exciting from Early War Miniatures.

Read of my hard labour on Lard Island News: http://toofatlardies.co.uk/blog/?p=3167

A sneaky fag...

And Early War Miniatures goodies revealed:

Just six days left before Crisis.  Looking forward to it immensely.

Thanks Warburton!

There's a bit of an update here as I complete the Panzers.  I'm rather pleased as they are almost unrecognisable from their original state.

Cheers

Wow, that looks like quite a modelling project.  Great work on the turret, that's hard to do even with a kit, I think!  See you at the weekend.

Thanks chaps.  It's been hard work, but a nice project.  Fortunately it's now finished, so I can concentrate on loading up stock and getting my stuff packed up for the journey.

The final part, in which I make some back yards, is here:

I hope to see some fellow LAFers there.

Those pumps are pure genius, great attention to detail. Such bits and pieces really make a difference on the gaming table. Hope I'll be able some day to see one of your games in person. :-*

Rich, don't forget to bring enough CoC rulebooks with you. I'll probably be buying one after my battle at Keren...
