Eastern European houses of World War 2
« on: October 26, 2014, 09:50:19 AM »
Does anyone have any pictures of Eastern European houses during Operation Bagration? I'm interested in building some for a 20mm game but could do with some images.
Thanks

Operation "Bagration" was held mainly on the territory of Belarus. This is mainly forest territories. Rural building common Russian type - log house. The basic difference - a lot of roofs covered with reeds. Churches there are Orthodox and Catholic.

So will look burned village (scenery for the movie).

If you are interested in 1/72 scale - I recommend you buildings "Pegasus hobbies" russian house.
