Daaaaamn, that looks so cool. Love the subtle toning effects in the stone work, the neon lighting, the tubings. It really is an eye catcher :-*
And thanks on the tip for solder! Will surely get some.

It all looks just pukkah as it is now.
 :-*

I think that you are worrying too much about the window, thinking about when it is amongst everything else that you will do on the board, it is the overall effect that will blow the mind, mate.
Dont let it bog you down.
Move on to the next part and you will have a brainwave and then you can go back and do it.
 :D

Paul's probably right about not getting hung up on the shop window. Try a search for 'mannequin shop window'. It has a load of unusual images that might be useful,  particularly if "Mr Robot" is actually the android equivalent of an "Adult Shop"!

Thats the biggest problem I've got....finding the right image! ! I've googled 'sci fi shops ', 'robot shops' and 'electronics shops' with no luck! :'(

Would this work?

Yeah, that probably would. Maybe I should just build something for the window!

you need to add a bit of glare from the white Mr robot sign
The blue robot is great :-* :-* :-*

That's supposed to be a red neon sign! :( Does it need a more, lighter red near the bulbs?

Daaaaamn, that looks so cool. Love the subtle toning effects in the stone work, the neon lighting, the tubings. It really is an eye catcher :-*

No problem. Solder is nice, easily bendable. I use it for a lot of stuff.

Thanks very much chaps! :)

That looks great Andy. Love the signs, really look the part.  :D

Have you considered searching for something like 'factory shop floor' pictures? Might throw up some useful images.
Ray.

I'll offer my 2 cents, although I'll preface it by saying your stuff is in a much higher category than mine.  I use 4 litre plastic milk jug plastic for the windows.  It diffuses the light or image.  If the building is hollow inside you can even punch holes in your image and have the lights shine through like they do in matte paintings.

I like your windows personally.

Thanks chaps!

While I'm waiting for lady luck to bring me the right parts to make the big buildings, I'm going to make a few more 'in fills'. This is the first bar.
