lol I wouldn't take advantage of your good nature like that! I remember the other one too. It had me prowling eBay for ages. The Para X idea was really just a way of getting extra use out of other figures.

Easiest way to paint it mate, is to use what's called (I think) zenthinal highlighting or dual priming. Start with a grey undercoat. Let it dry, then spray white. But when you spray the white, do it only from above, never going more than about 45 degrees to each side. It should give you shading along the bottom half of the car. You could also use edge highlighting with your normal paints to pick out edges on the shader areas you've created. Then it's just a case of normal painting after that, being extra careful not to let any spillage on to the white. Fix ups just don't look right! :?

How about giving the hoards a quick dip to dirty them down a little bit?

cheers

James

The ones in the foreground already do mate. They may even be a tad too dark. I'm just roughly cleaning up the flash from these figs, block painting colours and washing with a darkish wash.

We did 'clumps' of civilians for our refugees in fall of France WW2 game. Each move one side throws a D6 & can then move that many 'clumps' Very useful for blocking the French re-enforcements. I think it would work for those 'Get out of my way!!' moments.

That's a good idea Hasbeen. Thanks for that!

Brilliant - I think I've found the solution to one of my problems for The Department :D

The painting on them is terrible Cypher, but with a little TLC and lots of them, they should be OK!

For the civilians what about allowing the perps to shoot at the judges but not the other way around.  So a judge in a crowd would not be able to shoot out but a perp with a stubber could blast away - perhaps removing the civilians after resovling the shot on the judge.

Thanks Jon, but BLAM style games are supposed to be quick, fast and fun, I think that might slow it down and make it a wee bit over complicated.

So another side to this project!......I've become a bit impatient! Antenocities were supposed to bringing out their Samsara Utility Sci Fi Truck, but so far it's not appeared on their website. I've tried asking but got no response. So I've taken to building my own. I'm not copying theirs, I've seen some pictures on line that I've saved for inspiration.

I want a few trucks to add to the hustle and bustle of MC1. I might ask to see how much it cost to be cast. It is fairly big though, so I'll see.

WIP so far.....

That truck will look great, echoing what others have said about the fab cab!  :D

If nothing else, do cast the cab part and then there are endless build possibilities, not only wheeled versions but hover and tracked ones as well! (I want couple of those cabs!) :)

This - build and cast the chassis then use it for all sorts of vehicles!
