Thanks chaps! :D

Just waiting  my goodlady to get up this morning, I finished this. Its a Void mini. Not sure which faction. I've had her sitting in the lead pile for ages. I it might be fun to paint her in Rogue Trooper colours. Maybe some sort of female GI assassin?

Xiao Pi I think - Viridians, possibly. Definitely works as a GI type.

Syntha (the Cyborg faction), IIRC. Excellent painting and well in style with 2000AD.

I only just spotted this thread, its phenomenal.  That Lawmaster is the business.

The Mongoose Dredd range is up and down, but there really is no arguing with that ape mobster: its a fantastic model with an equally fantastic paint job.

I like the visual texture on the ground surface.  Did you do the various mottling/staining with an airbrush or similar?  Sponging maybe?  I was gaming with my urban Zuzzy mat recently and while its perfectly adequate, its still just a bit dull.  The yellow lines are a good idea that I think that I will nick, but I think that I will have to add some further visual texture similar to yours, so any pointers would be helpful if you can manage it.

Inspirational work  :-*

Both the hovercars were from Antenocities Workshop, but they  stopped doing the 28mm versions! They still do 15mm if thats your thing.  You might still get ones on ebay  though.

Thanks Cheetor.

The board is just drybrushed mate. I don't like using airbrushes.  Too much cleaning! I use a couple of old decorator size paint brushes and do a couple of layers of different colours up from the original black. The texture comes from the MDF. When tge paint soaks in it leaves that pattern.

Thanks Mr Saturday. The water pistol buildings are someone elses bud. I have been looking for some but couldn't find any cheap enough for my purposes!

The Dishonest Ape is just stunning, love the pinstripe suit  :-*

And the lady has that 2000AD vibe, and your paint job fits suits her like the outfit she's wearing :D
