I think this is one of the best projects that I have seen lately (if not the best). All the attention to the detail, the concept... really marvellous.

Very inspiring and lot of things to learn about making scenery... Your Lost World game last year inspiring me to try to improve all the scenery for my games (of which I post some pictures lately). Looking at this I think is even better.

In fact, my gaming group and I have been looking to go to Tactica this year from Spain, but we have not found reasonable flight prices from Mallorca (somethig rare, on the other hand). Maybe next year...

Thanks for sharing your projects.

It's splendid stuff. Really nice boat too (any more info on that except that it's from ebay?).

You can send it all to me after the Tactica, I'll buy you a pint (by mail). :)

I can't believe I missed this thread!

Grimm, you are a genius and possibly powered by the forces of Darkness.

Outstanding stuff, sir, simply outstanding.  :o

Grimm is indeed the daddy of all terrain builders. ;D

Wow Grimm you have out done yourself my friend! :o  Tell BLAM he must stay out of Innsmouth!! lol  I sure wish I could play in one of your games!  I love all the little details you put on your boards.  Do you do the signs and posters yourself also?

How many people will be playing the scenario at Tactica?  Looks like you will be using .45 Adventure as the rules.  Please take pictures of your boards in action at the convention! :D

Fantastic Grimm.  Truly inspiring!

Amazing stuff Grimm. The terrain is just like the grimier parts of many cities. Except maybe for the Deep Ones (maybe!)

This thread is too awesome to contemplate.

Hope we get to see some shots of a game or two played on them at Tactica.

Oh ! I get more and more compliment´s .
I must be alert to be well grounded .

I make the last Board now here are the pictures.
I first think to make the Reef like the Reef in the story only a few small rocks but I think a sunken ruin temple is more spectacular.
I am not so habby with the water maby I do it again what do you think ?

The Devils Reef.

Well the water isn't quite the same standard as the rest of what you've shown us, but still better than what I can produce. The reef looks great though, and the sunken temple is just the business.

It's beautiful Grimm (in that disturbing Lovecraftian sort of way).

I happen to like the water. It's not super-realistic, but it feels like the cover of an old Weird Tales magazine.

I expect people will be fighting to get in on this game.
